Project: Five9. (Salesforce Lead)

        Duration: - April 2019- May 2020

Description:

Ø  Five9 is a leading CCAS Platform that empowers your agents to engage with customers across their channel of choice, provides your managers with visibility into contact center performance, and brings overall agility to your business. This Project involves creation of MBO Tracker for the internal employees of Five9 (especially Sales executive).

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø  Requirement gathering from client.

Ø  Preparing Business Requirement Documents and Technical Design Documents.

Ø  Designed and customized Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations and streamline case management processes.

Ø  Worked on Lightning Components, Lightning web components, apex classes and triggers.

Ø  Configured the Service Console to provide a unified interface for agents, improving resolution times and productivity.

Ø  Worked on Permission Sets, Security Configuration like Sharing Rules, OWD Settings.

Ø  Developed and customized the Salesforce Community Cloud to enhance customer and partner interactions.

Ø  Developed Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to automate complex business logic and ensure smooth system functionality.
